On the ground floor there is a long slate tiled hall with storage space for boots and coats, a double sitting room with large comfy sofas and armchairs, lamps, Smart TV/Blu-Ray DVD player, original fireplaces and shutters for privacy, a well equipped kitchen/diner with washer/dryer, dishwasher, double oven and five-ring hob, microwave, coffee machine, Velux windows, Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, USB point sockets, cloakroom and an enclosed, private courtyard with seating, lighting and decking.
The kitchen/breakfast room has underfloor heating, the rest of the house is gas central heating and hot water is instant. On the first floor is a large sunny super-king room with shutters and curtains, Smart TV and original fireplace, a twin room with 3ft beds, a bunk bed room (3ft beds) with shutters and a family shower room. The second floor is one master bedroom with a super-king bed, Smart TV, dressing area, reading area and en-suite bathroom with Velux windows. All towels and linen supplied along with hairdryers, binoculars and hot water bottles.
